Booking (COMPULSORY)
Access to the Aqualis area is open to any resident or non-resident of the hotel. To ensure access to the equipment or treatment, it is necessary to reserve your moment of relaxation before your arrival (e-mail, telephone)
Cancellation - Modification
In case of impediment, we ask you to kindly cancel your appointment, at the latest, the day before 19:00. Beyond this deadline, the Aqualis pass or treatment will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
Delay
Punctuality go hand in hand with serenity. We advise you to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. In case of delay, we would have to reduce the duration of your Aqualis pass or treatment in aim not to penalize the next appointment.
Outfit
To take advantage of the Aqualis area, bring a swimsuit (for you gentlemen, underpants or boxers bath only). For guests of the hotel, it is best to come in bathrobe and slippers provided by the hotel.
Kids
Access to the Spa is reserved for adults and minors over 16 accompanied by an adult
Health
If you suffer from health problems (circulatory disorders, heart problems, allergies, asthma ...) or if you are pregnant, thank you to seek advice from your doctor and to inform us.
All the proposed massages are care of good -being and relaxation for non-therapeutic and non-medical purposes.
